if i want 10 payment instalments(OBB8 & OBB9) how to do in payment terms?

Then we have to create 11 terms of payment (in OBB8).
In this on terms of payment is ticked as a instalment method
(in OBB8).
IN OBB9 we will specify the Percentage and payment term 
aganist the instalment

This can be done through two t.code which are OBB8 and OBB9.



Kindly find the below path for the same to go OBB8



IMG->Financial Accounting---> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable---> Business Transactions----> Outgoing Invoices/Credit Memos----> Maintain Terms of Payment



And for OBB9



IMG->Financial Accounting---> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable---> Business Transactions----> Outgoing Invoices/Credit Memos----> Define Terms of Payment for Installment Payments



In OBB9 you can actually linked you main term of payment to installment payment term. Suppose your term of Payment is R001 (ret. payment terms 3 part. amnt) so you have to link this R001 to other three payment term suppose which are ZR01 (1st installment R001 (15 days)) ZR02 (2nd installment R001 (30 days)) and ZR03 (3rd installment R001 (45 days).here it will look like



Term of Payment Installment Percentage Payment Term

R001 1 40 ZR01

R001 2 30 ZR02

R001 3 30 ZR03

Note that in OBB8 for the payment term R001,you have select the option of "instlament payment".
